YOU IS FOR UNITY OPENING NIGHT
Thursday’s Child invites you to celebrate the opening night of its debut group exhibition, You is for Unity, taking place on Thursday, March 14, at Photo Book Café in London.
The launch event will run from 6pm – 9pm at Photo Book Café, Leonard Circus, London, EC2A 4DQ.
Drinks are on us – just grab a ticket to confirm your attendance.
Curated by Ashleigh Kane and Daphne Chouliaraki Milner, You is for Unity brings together 36 artists from 14 countries to offer a glimpse into what unity today looks like the world over. Together, they tell stories of love and care born from the communities they call home. They document the everyday moments of joy, resilience, and solidarity that surround them. Offering a necessary reminder of how even the – seemingly – smallest acts of resistance can inspire hope and fortitude despite all odds. All participating artists were chosen from an Open Call to the Thursday’s Child community.
The exhibition will open to the public, free of charge, and continue through to Sunday March 17.
Opening hours: Friday from 8am to 4pm; Saturday from 10am to 11pm; Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
We look forward to celebrating with you!
